Hiy Baji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving primarily Bangladeshi users. We operate through our website at https://hiybaji.ws.

• Fraudulent betting practices, match fixing, or participation in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• Any attempt to exploit the system using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hiy Baji. Any account found engaging in them will be suspended:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using false or misleading information.
• Accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Hacking the system, using bots, or placing bets through automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Depositing into an account through a third party.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms or artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Colluding or entering into agreements with other users to gain an unfair advantage.

Hiy Baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Upon evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If an account is found to belong to an underage member.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance eligible for withdrawal will be refunded. To close your account, please contact our support team.

Hiy Baji is not liable for the following:

• Losses on any bet or game resulting from an internet disconnection.
• If your password or account details are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or server issues.
• Where gaming addiction has resulted in personal financial harm.
